Coastal Village Z type Buildings

AlKifah Contracting Company (KCC), a subsidiary of AlKifah Holding has been awarded an Employee Accommodation Project at the Coastal Village from The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC) under which they will construct 40 apartment buildings.

The 1.5 million m² Coastal Village area includes management offices, villas, townhouses and apartments, and a 144-room hotel. Envisaged as a vibrant community and set in a prime location on the waterfront, it will offer a range of amenities like hospitals and schools, and leisure facilities including fitness centers, beach clubs, and dining outlets.

Green Fields was responsible for the development of CESMP and its compliance throughout the KCC's coastal village project and also the Precast Facility of Al Kifah Holding.

Southern Dunes

In support of the development plans and structural work of its luxury hotels and resorts, TRSDC the developer behind the world's biggest regenerative tourism project has awarded contracts to Saudi company Al Bawani and Swiss firm Blumer Lehmann.

Al Bawani has been awarded the first contract for the Southern Dunes site, which involves civil and structural works for 40 hotel villas as well as utility works and site-wide roads. The roads are an integral part of development plans for the project as they will interlink the hotel villas, restaurants, and central hotel buildings.

Environmental management for the site development is being handled by Green Fields.
